MUST LOVE CUPCAKES, BAKING AND PEOPLE! We are looking for individuals who are team players that love a FAST-paced work environment and a positive work culture. We all truly love to come to work every day! Smallcakes fills two positions: Baker/ Decorator and Bakery Customer Service Associate. ALL positions require weekend availability. Bakers are not required to have any prior baking experience / knowledge or formal training. We do all the training you will need. Bake shifts start at 6:00 am. Bakery Customer Service Associates greet and interact with customers, box up their cupcakes, scoop ice cream and re-bake and frost cupcakes as well! Bakery Customer Service shifts are usually start at 11:15 am or at 4:00 pm. There is a lot of cleaning involved with both positions. An outgoing and friendly personality is must!
